cannot log in on lap top. Bc no account with my email exist

I have lost my log in details but have access to chess com on my phone. Had registered a email that used to work whit two top domains but has since been limited to one. I managed to change this to the working one in the settings for your app for my phone.

But am still told there are no account on this email when I try to log in / change password on my PC. I

have now been baffled for several hour long attempts several times.

You don't have to use email to log in. You can just enter your username.

But if you are trying to use the password reset option and that's saying the email doesn't exist, and you're certain your email matches what you entered on the app, then you should use the Help option in the website menu to contact Support and explain.
