edit: updated and tried reinstalled the app, and ofc restart the phone. It's on the iPhone.

Same here. OK on my Macbook but not on my Iphone... 

Same here, thought I had wrong password, I am able to logon though tht website though, but. To my iPad or phone!

A connection from a web server to database went bonkers :/

Had the same issue and wrote a response, but verified just before sending. Wasn't able to login through my ipad app with the same error message, but ipad web login worked perfect.

I can confirm, we have superb admins. Problem was solved before properly even affected by it. Sometimes have to wait for the opponent to move longer than our support noticed and fixed the issue.

I had this problem 'not correct format', but now the Chess.com-App fails to remain open when I click on it. The programme starts, and seems to open, but falls out after a few seconds. This problem started yesterday. It occurs both on my iPhone 6S and on my iPad mini. To access Chess.com I have to sign in through a browser, not the app.
