Cannot Make Moves

For the past three days now I have been unable to make any moves for my online games or on tactics trainer when I use my browser (Google's Chrome). I am able to make moves when I use my phone's Chess.com app, but I am unable to move when I am on the web. Any suggestions on how I can fix this, and what has caused it?

I got similar problem, even I change web browser from Google Chrome to Mozilla Firefox...both browser still have the same problem! Is it the setting?

I can't move my pieces in 1 game but can in all others..It says it's my turn to move but the last move showing was mine...

The problem may be with Google Chrome because I just switched to Firefox, and it appears to be working fine. Back in the Fall I was told that I needed to download and use Google Chrome in order to play on chess.com, and now it looks like Chrome is not working for me. Anyone out there have suggestions on what I should do in order to make Chrome work?

What operating system do you have? Some of the older MicroSoft stuff  doesn't support Chrome.

I have been using Firefox for the past four weeks or so and have not encountered any problems. I still cannot play on Chrome or Explorer.
