My son and I are both members with our own installs of the iOS app on our phones. When we click to start a new game nothing happens. No new games are started. The happened yesterday and today.

If you mean on Daily games, there has been an issue and staff are looking into it.

I think this has been fixed, though it may take a little time for old seeks to get auto-paired when new ones come in.

After updating I can now get paired. But the pairings are odd. Lots of people with a rating of exactly 1200 with little or no games. And they never make a move. Add that to the recent ‘retry’ loop and the experience is becoming quite poor recently.
