Can’t add images (pictures or screenshots) to forums, only in private DM

When trying to add a image in my forum post, the image doesn’t show up. It’s blank. In private messages I can add pictures but not in forums.
I’m using an iPad mini 7th Gen and Google Chrome, never had this issue on previous account.
