Can't analyze games

I want to annaylze my games, but I am having difficulties with i.  The PGNs are e-mailed to me, but I cannot open them.  Is there another way that I can print my games, (diagram and notation)?  I downloaded DiagTransfer3.0.1, but I am still unable to view my games.  Am I doing something wrong?

you can open them in Arena. (freeware)

What's Arena?  Never heard of it.

Why is it in German?  How do I change it to English?  It doesn't give me an opion.

When you start it for the first time it will ask your prefered language.

Is there a way to fix it?

German is the only option; it does not give other options.  I guess I just won't be able to download any games, cause I don't know what else to do.
