Can't buy gift membership, can't contact support

I bought two gift memberships for friends but when I try to buy the third one, I get a "transaction failed" notice at the bottom of the screen.  Called CC company and asked what's up; they said account is GTG, no balance, no issues, active account, etc. and told me to see if chess.com has an issue on their end.

Filled out the contact support form three times but when I get to the "submit" part at the end, nothing happens.  Contact form doesn't get submitted.

What's going on?

I've noticed that messages doesn't come up on the app I have to read them online, maybe try online???

If you're having an issue submitting a ticket as well, it could be something with your browser blocking code

You might try with a different browser and ig you're seeing the same problem, use an email instead to support@chess.com
