Hi fellow Chess.commers,
I've been trying to contact support for the last 4 days,but every time I try a little box appears saying "An error has occurred,please try later"! Anyone else having this problem?

Are you using the Contact email form?

I've discovered that if I use Mozilla Firefox that the error box keeps coming up but now I've tried contacting support using Internet Explorer and it worked just fine.It must be which of the two that I use.

Hello! Happy to hear you were able to get around this error.
However, do you have a screenshot with the original error in Firefox as well as your Firefox version number and operating system? We would then be able to look into this.
