Just play higher oponents also, when you lose try to learn from it. Maybe play some 'Online chess' for a while so you have more time to think about your move's and later return to live chess.

Most people who find this site probably get beaten 20 times, then find they are ranked so low that nobody will play them and they get fair play violations. I'm just talking about it, that's all.
