can't get chess.com email to load
Update - I did more testing yesterday on various browsers and fingers crossed, should be fixed shortly for you :) I am sorry its taken so long to get this fixed.
Ya me too. But what were you doing making it so that you couldn't work on the email thing? Is there some new update coming soon? Or some bug we didn't know about?

Is there any more news on this as it still doesn't work for me? There have been some minor changes I have noticed but the invalid login error continues as normal.
Are you all still having the same 'Login Error - incorrect username/password" problem accessing the @chess.com emails ?
Yes it still does not work for me either.
I have also tried entering my details (email and password) on the login screen once it fails just in case it isn't auto-logging-on but that does not work either.
Don't know If this make a difference but I created my email address when the original problems were happening so it has never worked for me.

We're sorry for the inconvenience you're having trying to access your Chess.com e-mail. We performed an e-mail software upgrade a few weeks back and are finally getting all of the kinks worked out.
I have gone ahead and fixed the following user's e-mail accounts:

I'm still getting the invalid login message, both when I click from my profile and if I input the details myself.
Maybe I'm doing it wrong? I dunno.
I've also never had it work.
Definitely a system error and not that we're forgetting our passwords.
