I'm not sure if this is something to do with the fact that I have a pinwheel phone but I wanted to know if anyone can help...?

I recently updated my app (my phone is parental managed through Pinwheel.com) and I cannot get past the login page! I put in my username and password and every time I open the application I get a message "Chess keeps stopping". I don't know what to do, I cleared the storage, cache and restarted my phone and uninstalled the app!
