Can't join a tournament???

Whenever I go to join a tournament, its says "You were timeout in too many of your recent games". That's true!! but now I am active everyday. I want to join tournaments. Could you please help me???
You currently have a 66.67% timeout ratio in daily chess. This means that you've lost due to time on 66.67% of your daily chess games in the last 90 days. Once you get that percentage below 10%, you'll be able to join tournaments again.
Thanks a lot. So I need to play more and more games I can. It would be fun yeah!!

This rule is far too harsh. It should be 30 days not 90. In my case, one day of unavoidable absence from the internet during a one day tournament with a large number of simultaneous games meant I lost eight games, most of which I would have won. A three month ban on tournament entry is a very severe punishment in such circumstances.
