Can't log in to app

When I try to log in to the app I'm getting a error saying "Facebook user has no Chess.com account." I can log in to the website with my Facebook account without an issue. This issue just started in the last hour or two. Can anyone help?

We're indeed running some facebook related updates at the moment. Apologize for the inconveniences caused.

Any possible issues during the update should be resolved. We're still monitoring any possible issues that might still be occurring.

If you are still having issues. Can you comment which app (Android, iOS, Facebook App) is not letting you log in?

Hi, everyone. Facebook is changing their login process tomorrow and so we updated our software to follow that. We believe that more than 99% of our 50,000+ members logging in with Facebook will have no problem.

If you are in the 1% that we could not test for, please know that just by posting here and letting us know we will be able to look up your username and try to resolve the issue. As Albert wrote, it would also help us to know how you are trying to access the site (mobile app, Facebook app, etc.) and since you are posting here please also let us know how you eventually were able to log in.

Howdy! I am getting the "you have no chess.com account error" trying to connect via the Android app. I uninstalled the app and re installed, and still got the error. I tried logging in with my user name and password without using Facebook and it still gave me the error. I even got desperate, uninstalled, and tried via the old Chess Classic app. No dice. I can connect via the browser (Opera Mobile), which is how I am posting this. Thanks for any help!

Yep just tried to login on my android device and same error. As the person above said. I in installed a reinstalled and no go.

I am currently experiencing the issue. I try and sign on and it won't let me. I'm using iOS 8.3

It logs in through facebook on the pc and on safari(iphone) , but not through the chess.com iphone app

Hi.

I'm also encountering the same error since around 4/5ish, 3-4 hours ago.

I updated the app, logged out of FB, and ran everything over again. I'm on my iPhone 5, using the Chess.com app, running iOS 8.1.

At first, I thought it was just a big with my iPhone, so I tried my Android, but I also encounter the problem on the Android app as well.
