Can't log in to app

I got the error on Android "Classic Chess" and so I tried the other app "Chess - Play and Learn" and both apps gave me the same error.

It works on iphone the iphone app. Thank you

App stopped accepting just the Facebook login. It is demanding a chess. Com login with a different username and email address than the ones associated with my username on the site as well as the email address on my Facebook account. I only have one email address

Android, Chess.com app. cant login since morning

I am having trouble logging in. I get an error using the facebook system, Im told my password is incorrect when I log in using my chess name, and I get an invalid email address when I try the "forgot password" route?? Im now on my mac and able to get in. Usually use my iphone? Any suggestions welcome.

I can log back in now on android.

I was unable to login via Facebook on Android but I resolved it myself by clearing my chess.com account under Accounts on my phone, deleting the app data, and rebooting the phone. Posting from Chess on Android now.

We believe that we have fixed the last of the problems our members have been experiencing. We are aware that due to Facebook's changes, those of you who have opted to automatically share your games and tactics on your Facebook feed will see a delay or no sharing of this kind for a bit. We hope this part is back to normal in a week.

I am having a different but I believe related problem. I am a Facebook user and all of a sudden about 20 hours ago all my games in progress disappeared. A bit of digging established that I am all of a sudden being logged in as a new user instead of the existing user that has all my games. My username should be Newtz2001 but when logging in with Facebook it now logs me in as MikeNewton1. If I try to use the forgotten password function with my actual username it (correctly) tells me that it is a Facebook account and I should just log in with Facebook. Also, since the login issue started I'm no longer receiving email notifications informing me that it's my turn even though three of my opponents have made their turns since. Would be great if this could be resolved before I involuntarily forfeit my games!

I posted a lengthy issue above as MikeNewton1 and I'm pleased to report the staff have fixed my issue, and in a timely enough manner that none of my games timed out :-D thanks guys!

I can log in naturally with the chess.com app for android but not with the chess.com classic version(android). I would need help logging in with the classic version because I think the megabyte consumption is lower. Thx

I'd add also that when I try to log in with the classic version I get no reply whatsoever (just a blink)...I've tried cleaning cache, uninstall & reinstall but still no way
