Can’t move to next puzzle level

I see the site has abandoned email and human help in favour of a useless AI. I did try. It’s a disappointing decision. Anyway here’s my email:

Hi,

I've twice completed the "champion tier" in the puzzles. Both times the bonus for several days in a row play kept repeating itself. The display shows the icon advancing the legend tier, then suddenly I'm back in Champions tier.

Not sure what's happening there.

I played elite 20 5 times and never got to the next level
