Before I go on do you know how to play chess yet? Because if you don't, only certian pieces can move to certian squares.

Can you "grab the piece" when you try to drag pieces, and move it around? Or doesn't it let you even move it in the first place? If it's the first, and it doesn't let you "land" the piece to a certain square, could it be that you're trying to make an illegal move?
Also I noticed there are no games in your profile, I wonder what game are you talking about. Are you sure the game has started? Maybe you just have a pending challenge.
