can’t play games or access my tournament

I joined a 15 minute rapid tournament via my phone and while I was waiting for it to start I jumped on to my computer to check something out.
But I then realised that I couldn’t access the tournament via phone as one of my tabs has chess.ccom logged in by default. However, when opening the tab I still couldn’t see or access my current tournament.
if I click play online, it’ll automatically cancel and says I’m currently in a tournament, which I can’t see or access.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
