CANT PLAY MY PUZZLES anymore !

I have been  using my ipad  for my Chess for some time and playing  the "Puzzles" fine. Now i cant seem to get them on anymore, the screen  is just blank now. .Everything else seems to be working fine.  Any help or advice please ?

I play on my ipad, i use google. EVerything else is ok on the chess website except i cant play the puzzles anymore.

Puzzle mode stop working for me as well. Plus I can't do the puzzles I missed

I can get the puzzles on my laptop, but not on my Ipad anymore ??

The puzzles work for me with the app and Safari browser.

Is your iOS version at least 11?

I just downloaded the Chrome browser to my iPad. The puzzles work fine with Chrome.

Yes im already on Chrome, but this problem has just started it was all  fine the other day , what can have gone wrong.

It’s possible that your iPad is no longer technologically advanced enough to interface well with the site.

You didn’t mention your iPad’s iOS version.

im sorry but i dont understand the ipad technology , i am 80 years of age. How would i find out  what my  Ipad  iOS version is . thank you for your help.

Tap on the iPad’s Settings app. In the “General” tab, tap “About”.

The “Software Version” is the iOS version.

Ok im on  settings page and i can see it says. Software version is S100.

Does this help ? and what does it mean.

I seem to be having an issue with puzzle rush in the latest version of Chrome (83.0.4103.61). Not sure if it is related. Specifically, when I get an answer wrong, it will not progress to the next puzzle. The timer continues to count down, however. If anyone else is having this issue I'll create a bug ticket.

No, the iOS version is either two or three numbers separated by periods. (13.4.1, 13.5, etc.)

hardware version=H-3-01

software version S100

kernal version 3.4.5

are these any good,

this is what its saying "about the tablet"

My device is a Lenovo tablet.

Hello, I faced the same issue since yesterday (also on Chrome).

You have an Android tablet, not an iPad which is Apple.

Android 4.2.2 was released in 2013. Therefore, it’s possible your tablet will have issues interfacing with the site.

hello again, just to reiterate, i could play puzzles up until  a couple of weeks ago and had no problems with the site. Any further advice. ? thank you ...
