When I go to an online match, the screen just turns brown and stops loading even though my wifi is fine. What do I do?
When I hover over an option, it doesen't show the different options. Like I can't go to 4 player chess or all those other thigs

I can't play online games either as the screen is blank. And my icons for Messages and Log-off have disappeared. Reading others' comments, must be an internal systems issue.
It works on Ipad. For some reason not on computer.

There's a know issue impacting a subset of members (Eastern part of the US and Canada).
For people playing Live, using https://www.chess.com/live should work until things get resolved.
The other option is app for live and daily.
I can't play on my desktop, using Windows 10 and Chrome. The "next ready game" is a blank page, and when I hover over the hand on a chess piece icon, no menu appears. It looks like I can still play on my mobile app though.
Same problem here: none of my active game boards (Daily) will display in a browser. Tried Edge and Chrome, on several computers from different networks. iPad and iphone work. Problem started this morning.
