Can't play with the chess engine on max level.

Greetings everyone--

I use chess.com on two devices. On one device I can play with the engine (imac) on max level but on the other I can't play (Microsoft Surface Laptop) with the engine on the max level. Can someone tell me why this is happening?

What happens when you try?

I click on play < computer

Then a list showing all the bots appears. I scroll down to select the "engine" option but its not visible.

Check the browser zoom lever and make sure it's normal and not zoomed in.

Nvm I have now found the solution. Since I'm able to play with the engine on my second device, all I have to do is play on that device for once (i.e. issue a challenge to the engine from that device just for once). Then when I log in from this device (on which I can't play) I just have to click Play < Archive, view my previous game with the engine and then click on the 'rematch' option.
