Can't see half of black pieces

I'm new to this site.  I've started 2 games, & I can't see half of the blacks pieces on either game.  I've updated my browser & cleared the browser cache.  What else can I try?

Are you able to send a screen shot of what you are seeing?

If you have windows 7 you could use the snipping tool
