If u have a vpn use it for a while since it isn't working for who is located in Portugal and Canada, its not an account problem since @EvuleCZ got the same problem, even tho his account isn't neither of them.
Can't see the board or the pieces

I am living in Portugal and have the same issue. Please fix it, a working day without chess is not passing. Need to play on lichess...

I am in Canada and cannot see the chess pieces either. I tried clearing he cache, and tried loading in both chrome and edge

I dont know why but every time that i want to start a match against the computer i either can only see my two knights and my king, and my opponents bishops, king and pawns or the other way around.
Is this some bug that i can fix somehow? i dont have any other computers and to be honest i'm not getting a new device to play chess
My question is, why is support so slow to respond to this issue? It's been a day without resolve, and no reply about this issue from support? Even if they just reply and say "we are aware of the issue and working on it" is better than no response except for the usual autoreply. An issue this wide warrants at least a response on their news feed.

Once your browser has the images in cache, they should stick around for a while. Hopefully the underlying issue gets fixed before the browser tries to reload/refresh the images.

I'm running a VPN now, but even after turning off the VPN, one of my daily games had the bishops disappear after 1 move. So keeping the VPN in place for now until this is actually solved. BTW, I raised a case with Tech Support, and they did confirm to me that the devs are aware of the problem and are actively working on it.
