CAN'T VIEW "INSIGHTS" INFO

I'm a diamond member.  Before, I was able to get information on "Insights;" now everything is blank there. How can I get the information?

Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? As far as I can see, Insights should be working for you.

Check on the website. I'm not sure it's available on the apps yet. At one point it was partially released on iOS, I think, but that had been pulled due to an issue and don't know if it's made it back yet.

Do you have to be Platinum member to view Insights?

Insights is currently available to Diamond members.

Not working for me either.  Diamond member and using PC.

I'm seeing results on your Insights

Only Diamond members have Insights to look at; they're not generated for anyone else. Also some diamond members keep theirs private.

It takes a lot of resources to run Insights so it's only run on Diamond members accounts, while they have an active subscription.
