Can't view my games

Hi

 

Is anyone else having trouble viewing their games? The rest of the site works fine, but when I try to make my move or view my games, the screen freezes...

Restart your computer.  I am certainly no expert, but this happened to me once, and restarting the computer I was using fixed it.

sometimes macs dont work too well on chess.com

Nope, using a regular PC. Restarting hasn't solved the problem. Anyway, clearly it's not a server-wide problem...

try hitting Control+R on your keyboard. also, does the daily puzzle work for you?

Hi Erik. No, sadly Control+R doesn't work either. The daily puzzle works. And it's a good one, thanks :-)

 

All I need now is my games before I go cold turkey :-(

hrmmm.... that is really weird. what browser are you using? try clearing all of your temporary internet files, then restart, then log back in. try from a different browser too. very weird! we'll get it worked out! can you send me a screenshot to chessdev at gmail ?
