casting issue

during the match, the oponenet has been able to make a casting despite the field has been under check by bishop. here is the link for a game. how can I report this issue?

Not possible. It was probably the Rook's field. No problem with that.

If you were castling queenside, and the bishop was attacking b1/b8, it is legal. Please carefully read the rules:
"You cannot castle if the KING has to go through check"
