Castle notation

Is there a way at-a-glance to determine whether opponent (and you) is castle-eligible?  I blamed a loss one time on mixing up opponents during concurrent matches.  Both opponents had K on original e8 and one had already moved it.  I thought the other opponent had moved his K and played accordingly.  Was I ever surprised, and saddened, when he castled.

I've never got my own play mixed up but Murphy's Law, and advancing dementia, makes so inevitable.

Not just looking at the game, without looking at the move list to see if there's been previous king moves.  The game FEN has that data in it though.

Was afraid that was the only way.  Thank you.

I have a work around to see if the Kings in a game have castled already. Click on Analysis within game, then click on the King who’s side it is to move next, then note the squares indicated as legal moves for the King. If two appear either side of the King, then it has not yet castled. To switch to the other sides King, just make a dummy move in in-game Analysis mode then click on the King to view legal moves as previously stated.

It’s not a perfect solution but it certainly helped me in the past.
