I think the challenge canceled message halogens when the seek sits too long without being accepted.
Not sure why you wouldn't be able to create a new one. You might post how you are accessing the site (browser along with OS and browser version or app along with OS).
I am trying to play the standard or chess 960 challenge, but I am repeatedly getting "challenge cancelled" message. the earlier game was abandoned by my opponent and after, I cant play another one - too annoying.Anybody knows why? Is it just me? Thanks
