You can't change the parameters of their seek, but you could create your own with that setting, or look up the player and challenge them directly with it.

In live chess how do I challenge a player on the seek graph and change the game seetings? For example, I want to challenge a player showing 20 minutes 10 secs to a game of 15 minutes 0 secs?
