in a way, yes. it helps me understand how the arrows work.
as far as functionality, i do not think it helps. using the "drag to resize" i can shrink the board to where one would need a magnifying glass to play! who is doing that? what we do not have is the ability to make the board larger from what i showed in post #2.
I too thought it was my computer when I logged in and saw the smaller board size. The irony is if I zoom out in my google settings, the board actually gets bigger...of course everything else gets smaller.

Maybe the new feature is a great big red button saying, "Down grade membership"
This layout change was on purpose was is the result of some coming future features and require it.
Why do you always do this -- pre-release awkward s p a c i n g / UI design without first finishing it? I thought the whole point of moving from V2 to V3 was to present the users with MORE choice, not less. Certainly feels like a whole lot less at the moment.
The spacing ... Please REVERT back until you finish whatever new features you're planning on. This is like looking at a someone wearing a lime-green t-shirt with red-purple pants and yellow socks for a tennis partner.

I don't want a "focus" mode for Daily.. just revert the changes back is all we need.

it's been a month and still no answers. hey, jd, if you are too busy to explain the mysterious nature of the smaller board being the wormhole for which some new feature is to be, show this topic to other staff members so we can get an explanation.
they do seem to choose ignoring over informing.
Well said SchriSchri, and I agree 100%. I'm glad this thread exists, also, because I thought I inadvertently did something to my computer to mess up the size. I was quite frustrated for awhile!
