Change membership from monthly to annual

How can I change my membership from monthly to annual?

go to www.chess.com/membership.html

choose the annual plan you want. you will see that you have some membership credit left. 

you upgrade from there and pay the difference. 

nothing lost.

Thanks for the reply. When I follow that link, I see the choices to sign up, but when I login those choices go away.

I really love chess.com. I have been searching everywhere to extend my membership. I can see links to cancel my membership, but if I am logged in the membership page does not display membership choices, it only shows this message:

"Hello PCTech52! Congratulations on being a Diamond Member - we hope you are enjoying all the benefits!"

I suggest you make it as easy to signup for a membership as it is to cancel.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong on the membership page.

I am having a similar problem, and it seems that there is no way to fix it.

I am a Platinum member and would like to pay in advance the year 2012. But nothing doing. . .all I find is proposals to improve to Gold memebership (more money for them) bit nothing related to my problem.

I have the exact same problem: it's quite easy to cancel one's membership but there does not seem to be any way one can extend it ahead of time.  Is there any possible way to resolve this most frustating problem?
