They did away with email for members some years ago. Existing accounts were allowed to continue, but as you found out, can't be changed apparently. Afraid you're out of luck, but then I'm often wrong...

Hello! I'm Tyler. I cannot change my email on chess.com because when I click on the link or copy and paste it from the email, it gives me the following error message. I already looked on the FAQs for a solution and didn't find one. Can someone help me? Thanks.
