Resolved: Charged for Premium Membership that I didn't want

I recently joined the site and was offered a 10 day free trial of premium membership, which I accepted and enjoyed a lot. However, a few days into the trial I knew that I wasn't ready to purchase premium membership just yet.

I followed the link to cancel the membership trial and found that it didn't work. I thought that maybe there was a technical issue with the site, so I waited and tried again the day after. When it still didn't work, I sent a message to support explaining what had happened and that I didn't want to purchase premium membership yet.

I've just looked at my billing history and it says that I've been billed $99 for a year's worth of premium membership. Will someone please tell me how I can cancel this and get my money back?

Thanks a lot Patzer24. Just to make things clear, I am absolutely loving the site. I'm just not ready at this time to upgrade my account.
