I was playing a match against rxsilencer

when i gained a strong position in last 3 min of a 10 min game i would make a move and it would look like it was his move but when i refreshed i had to remake move and time had been lost now i cant start a new game my account is frozen. What do i do?

There was a site issue earlier that has been fixed.

Indeed, I won but it was frozen even when I switched off the phone. The game and the win disappeared. Weird...
