Because he was the hacker.

Or maybe he's double-accounting.

He lost access to the account.

I play blitz.  For the last several months my connection hangs up after 2 or 3 games.  I have tried different setting but no change.  I am getting frustrated losing games because my moves are slower than my opponent or I freeze up completely.  I assume I have picked up a virus but it doesn't seem to affect anything else on my pc. I can log out and log back in and I am good for those 2 or 3 games.  Any posts on this?

A hacker changed jackthedogg's password and locked him out of his account.

@daviddibra just how do they get your password by looking at your pfp? Can you please elaborate in a factual manner or delete your post & quit spreading false information?

fine i deleted. but they can at least see your username and from your name work out your email, then they can say something like, lets say our passwords to each other or whatever to trick them or get it from someone they trust

Social engineering is always something that is possible. That's why people have to use unique and complex passwords for sites, and be careful about what information they provide to people.
