Chess.Com board and pieces invisible/not loading?

It is probably An Issue With The Canadian And Portugal Servers is what I hear. Staff are aware

Same thing is happening to me, most images are not loading either, like the player photos

I tested with a couple of Canadian proxy servers and I was able to get things to load. It might be starting to resolve. Not 100% sure though.

might be a region thing yeah, cause i was a having the same issue (my board and pieces weren´t loading) but i installed a vpn and it solved

I've been having this problem all day, with both Safari and Firefox on the Mac.

This is second day with this problem.

Problem started yesterday for me.  Rooks are often invisible.  Tried 3 different browsers. same problem.  Chess.com only works right now on the mobile app.  Even the mobile browser has invisible pieces

You can play on the real 3d board and all pieces will show up, But like many people here, I am having a similar issue, this is just a quick fix for the time being

Solution found. Antivirus-Privacy-VPN-Turn On.

just download a vpn yall
