Chess.Com board and pieces invisible/not loading?

Saw people saying that using VPN worked and they're right. Connected to another server and now it's working fine.

Staff are saying it should be resolved

i used to have nothing shown but now i have the board but nothing else

If anyone is still having this issue maybe try clearing the cache. Was a server issue earlier but I think it's alright now

Had this twice recently using the app on an iPhone. Playing Swiss blitz tournaments. First the screen appears blank (so I cannot play that round). Then next round I get the board without pieces!

what is going on guys? i cant see anything

There's a fix coming for this with the issue but until it's available, try changing your Animation Type to something other than Arcade or Natural.

My pieces are invinsible when I play live chess on browser. How to fix this?

I deleted all my chrome cookies and history and it fixed the issue.
Was frustrating.
