Chess.com bug made me lose elo

I played a game against someone named TheBenjawoky and lost. We agreed to play another game and we played three moves. I took his pawn on d4 with my queen (I was playing black) and he attacked my queen with Nc6. Chess.com never showed me that move and instead showed me my time running out. It didn't say anything about my connection and I just waited for my opponent to make a move. After his time ran out, I checked my archive and it says that I abandoned the game. I lost 8 rating points because of this bug, and I want them back.
