So I did not cancel my susbscription expecting to use it this month with maybe $5 or so being charged on my card, but was surprsed to see whole yearly diamond membership charge debited from my account!
Then I revisit the website to check if I wasn't hallucinating or misread the information only to see big bold monthly plan advertised with small text of *on yearly subscription at the bottom. My money was debited on 6th and I emailed them and filled a form immediately. Haven't recieved a single reply on this.
Overall, I am left with a feeling of being completely let down by both duplicitous methods of charging yearly, and the lack of support on this. Feels a bit unethical guys, and I hope someone can see this and mend the whole situation.
It can take a 2-3 days to get a response but after the holidays they'have some backlog and may take longer than normal.
Be sure to keep an eye out on your junk/spam folders in case the replies get filtered.
