I almost CONSTANTLY lose because I get checkmated. I need some advice to advance to the next level. Any advice will be appriciated. (Supposedly from GM, WGM, FM or anybody else that has a good rating.)

Hi, i am not a GM but i can help you. First, do not play 1. e4 e5 openings, play 1. ….c6 or 1. ….d6, and with white, 1. d4, 1. c4, 1. Nf3.
