I did a Chess Diamond Membership free trial since there was a one month offer, unfortunately I was not in access to wifi when the membership free trial ended so I could not cancel. I have never paid for a chess subscription before but I have previously had two free trials. I really cannot afford the subscription. Am I eligible for a refund? Also how long does customer support take? I've been waiting for 3 days.
