You are only allowed 1 account.
You read the site ruleswhen you joined. Dont blame chess.com for enforcing the site rules, that you chose to break, ignore, etc.

Im not blaming Chess.com, also because you dont read anything when you join but its fine i had only 500 games on those accounta, i mean why should they ban my wifi to even try access with a new single account (i have deleted the other two) ? im not out of rules now, i do play on smartphone but o really loved play on computer, how can they lock a wifi access is it legal wtf?

Chess.com will sometimes ban an IP address if they see a lot of fake accounts being created from it - I'm not sure whether this is what they decided in your case, though.

Hello community, im just incredibly angry for this fact. Chess.com disabled both of the two accounts i were using, after a week on this platform, i was surprised cuz there was no reason, then i went to see the rules and i found that you cannot have 2 accounts (which can ne considered a trash idea or just a rule (but thats not the point))
Right now I cannot create, access, use, play, do anithing on chess.com because of thry blocked my access from wifi and i uderstood it right now after 2 days.
from the app i can create a new account only with 4g, and play. (Im posting with smartphone) and if I connect to wifi i cannlt just play or even login! what do you think amd why should they do this to a mew player who missed a rule?
