Games are not downloaded unless you specifically request them.

I don't see any setting where I can avoid games being downloaded. All games I play seem to be downloaded.

In something called 'downloads' on my PC, if I remember well, I needed some time to delete them. It's possible it were only the files where I asked for a review.
What was the extension of these files?
