It can take longer, depending on ticket loads. Average time is 1-3 days but could take up to a week in some cases. Though you don't have premium currently so it looks like staff may have handled it by now

I said it before. I'll say it again.

There's a phrase "penny wise and pound foolish".

I joined a gym. Onelife Fitness.

Signed a contract for 1 year. I thought it ended at 1 year. It kept going. I had to cancel it, but I had to pay 1 more month.

It left a bad taste in my mouth.

Simple.

Free trial. And let people choose to buy your product.

Make it on the up-and-up in spirit, not letter.

Another serious example.

Lease an apartment.

I told them 1 month ahead I'm leaving at the end of the year. They charged me one more month because I'm supposed to notify them 2 months in advance.

What's the difference? I'm getting out on the same day, as the length of the contract.

Over my dead body or over their dead body, they will not get that extra month that I didn't use.

One would think that chess players would know that by heart.
