Chess.com Membership transfer?

So, I know this topic was spoken about a lot, but I want to get an answer myself.

So, I had an account, that got closed due to Fair Play Violation, unlucky for me I had an active diamond membership on it.

I created a ticket and admit, that I had violated the Fair play rules. I told them that i had created a new account "this one" and had a diamond membership on my old one. 

Is there the possibility to get my old membership on my new account?

Support should be able to answer that question for you. Did you use the form that was sent?

I did, I answered all questions truely and answered the question about the membership with "Yes"

Yeah, it may take a few days to get fully resolved.
