I saw the new home page about two or three weeks ago. Yeah, I think it's worse than the original. Why do so many platforms waste their time with useless updates rather than listening to their communities?

Because they couldn't care less about the people that use their site. All they see is the money. They forget that without us users, there would be no site.
Sadly, Chess.com is the exact same.

If they are gonna put so much emphasis on your friends list, they could most certainly show more than twelve at a time.

The whole update is pointless anyway, what do we gain other than confusion and annoyance?
it reminds me in those movies about the future how the technology is just so overly polished the old one was so much better
I kindly ask the team to introduce some voting system or a special feedback system for UI-updates for next time.
The iOS app isn’t too bad rn I preferred the old design but I can put up with what it is at the moment

I logged on this afternoon to find that for some bizarre reason, Chess.com have yet again added another pointless update.
The update in question is the new home screen. Why did you all see the need to do this? All it does is make it harder to access different parts of the site.
I couldn't see any issues with the home screen before, so I'm both perplexed, and incredibly frustrated - I'm sure most others will share the same feelings on this. Please can you stop doing updates every 5 seconds to 'keep the site fresh'? It's fine as it is.
Please change it back.
