CHESS.COM STILL DID NOT PROCESS MY APPSTORE PAYMENT FOR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

Hello I just paid my platinum membership and AppStore and it proceeded through to my bank and everything but i still can't use any of the premium features, its exactly as if I'm still a basic user anyone know solution alöready wrote a ticket to staff

App store purchases take some manual steps to be applied to accounts. It can take a few days. If you don't see the membership applied by the beginning of next week, then reply here.

It's fine if you pay with a credit card: the Apple store means liaising with Apple, so there's a manual step involved. Like Martin said earlier, if it hasn't come through in a week, log a support request via https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us and let us know how that goes.
