Hi. On July 5, 2022, I purchased a Yearly Gold Membership, and even got this email. Earlier just this evening on July 14, I noticed that I can no longer do old daily puzzles, and when I checked my membership status, I saw that my account was degraded to Basic Tier, and every time I try to upgrade again, I get the error "Your card has exceeded its limit. Please try a different card". What will happen to the 1000 php/year that I payed for? Will I have to pay 1000 php again to subscribe again to Gold Membership? I'll be waiting for your response. Thank you.
That thing said you had signed up for a 7 day free trial.

EDIT 1: I actually bought the membership on June 30
