"I want to complain about your services"

Chessica:"we ha have a ton of articles you can check out".

They made it impossible to reach a real person. I think i am done with this site. I know it is was inevitable, but, they sold out. You need premium for everything these days. Really guys? Hidden number of misses and brilliants? Sure...

Every red flag they could mast, they did. AI, adds, subscription tiers, etc. we don't even have to go into their handling of leavers, cheaters and abusers like Kramnik. So... With all that, good luck all and come to lichess. It's a better, free version.

I have tried using it a couple times and it's useless. Both times I enter my question/concern and I get answers that have nothing to do with what I asked. But I get it. It saves $$$

It's very possible to get a ticket open with staff. Vague support request ls, or non-specific questions won't get you anywhere though

Be as specific as possible and you should be able to get the following to get a ticket opened.

It can take a few steps but that also prevents questions that can be answered by help articles from requiring staff time that could be spent answering those problems that need additional information

If I want an actual human staff to help I will repeat "I still need help" and other variations of it

It just flat out won't respond to anymore of my messages. Completely useless for something that could've been resolved with a real person quickly. Not impressed at all.

Most AI is garbage due to it is only as good the data put into it, most of what I have experienced seems little more than a curious toy that gets old fast.

The AI can report bugs and submit feature suggestions, but if you need help with something it’s useless.
It just restates what is in support articles which are vaguely related to what you want

But those support articles will actually answer 99% of all questions, if people would actually read them.

What is your question that you were unable to get answered?

for my opinion the ai is mostly useless because I can only get it to properly answer simple questions but anything with any complications it's worthless
