Chess pieces not moving during game !

I have tried my best to move the pieces , but instead of the piece moving up the screen is scrolling down . What should I do ? 

I hope I posted this in the right forum category if not please bear with me .

You'll likely find click move is going to be best. The browser is going to interpret click-drag as a scroll action sometimes, especially for moves going down the board. That will be more common if you're doing a quick tap on the piece and the code hasn't grabbed it yet.

The mobile app might be a better option. Though, I have issues there sometimes with a OS feature of dragging from the right being the same as page back when selecting a piece on the far edge of the board too quickly.

I am having a similar problem with trying to move. I start a game (live with a person) and find that I cannot move as white. I've rebooted to see if that would solve the problem. Oddly, I can play a bot or do puzzles. But, game after game is getting aborted because I cannot get past this. My concern (beyond not being able to play) is that I'll be banished for aborting so many games. Ideas?

My screen isn't scrolling like nsynced. I just cannot do anything when I start to play a live game either by clicking or dragging.
