Chess server down again !!

This server sucks !!!

This is second time in week when chess.com server goes down !! PLEASE, DO SOMETHING !!

i had a 10 mins tournament game, look at the position. I was won 2 games and very important 3rd game ended,and was marked lost to me ??

I hate this,please answer me what happeded exactly 10 minutes a go in chess server.

I will end up my account if nobody answers... u will see my "winning position" soon !

And SUPPORT TEAM, why i cant continue tournament ??

This will be reason when I will end up contract with this chess side.

I had 10 mins tournament, 2 points after 2 games,and position like this at 3rd game:

I can see what you mean, I got major disconnections too and high lag. The forum posts said, get a better Internet connection, but it's actally very fine, and 100 Mbit/s. I would love to know if there is someone aware of this, or if this just comes and goes randomly? :/

Yes, I cant continue tournament, AND I cant join to another tournament...

Maybe support team can see about connection between my account and server when the game was on...

Hmm.. i tried to chat with support, but they were offline. Good for me I didn't play a tournament though. When it happens, I usually restart the browser and sign in again. Maybe in a different browser.

I'm in Sweden, so maybe it's something with connection to us Nordic countries?

This evening's server-outage was due to planned-maintenance and prior warning was given.

Did you choose to commence 10/0 live-game around that time?

Why don't they update overnight at 3 am when traffic is low like everyone else?

Ever heard of time zones?

There are a few thousand less users at 3 am PST than at 3 pm PST.

I don't know what's worse - half way through a game and it crashes, or like me in NZ, can't even access live chess. What is going on? Funny that this should coincide with FIDE launching their full live chess website!

Crashed for me too. frustrating thing is i will Lose through no fault of my own. It's  a regular occurence.

Just subscribed and server goes down, this is lame!

There are still 9000+ players in live. So thats encouraging:) Can't get in though(;

I'll be in Australia in October - maybe I'll log-on there and have a game
